This portfolio is a love letter to the passion I discovered as a teenager and developed over seven years in print production and graphic design. While choosing the content to include, I found the common thread throughout my projects was the desire to be a storyteller. I have written my own stories, created artwork to go with someone else’s words, developed brands with a new logo, directed, edited and styled. Some projects aligned with my aesthetic but many forced me to find the beauty in a vision I didn’t share.

I graduated from James Madison University in 2023, where I studied Media Arts and Design with a concentration in Creative Advertising and a minor in Sociology. During my time at JMU I was an Art Director, a graphic designer and Editor-in-Chief for the lifestyle magazine I founded my junior year.

 

In all the roles I held, I worked to be a listener first and a designer second. Collaboration will always be my key to success.
